This time, I recommend music when you do exercise. I chose  the " It's my life " by Bon Jovi. My image to this song is muscle training because when muscle people appear on TV program, usually use this song.  Actually, I do not  know why use it but usually Japanese people have same image for this song. " It's my life " is a lock so if you get energy more when you get to tired by exercise.

This time, I want to recommend music to you when you study. 　 I want to recommend music is cafeteria songs because it is no words, only sounds. So, I chose this one. There are about 3hours so you can concentrate to your study for a long time. Also, this is jazz music and cool sounds so you can listen the other scene. If you can not concentrate to your study I recommend to you coffee with it.
